Shipping and Handling
We attempt to send out your order as soon as we receive it.
UK Orders are sent by First Class
Post (up to 2 kg) via Royal Mail, unless you request Special Delivery (Royal Mail Service). Royal Mail aims to deliver
90% of First Class Post by the next working date including Saturday however this can not be guaranteed. Please ask for
Special Delivery for guaranteed* next working day delivery (signature required on delivery and excludes Saturday). *remote
and outlying areas of the UK are not guaranteed.
EU and non EU Orders will be sent by small packet Airmail (up to 2 kg) via Royal Mail unless otherwise
requested. Royal Mail aims to deliver Airmail to Europe in 3 working days and to the rest of the World in 5 working
days. If you require a speedier delivery you can add £3.75 to the standard postage cost and we will send the order by
Airsure, which aims to put your order on the first available flight with priority handling abroad. Airsure is not available
in all countries (please ask if you require this service).

Returns
We will credit returned yarns provided they are still in current ranges,
clean, not faded or discoloured, carry no odours and still have intact unmarked labels. Please note that we cannot credit
Jaeger yarns as they are often ordered specially, nor can we credit any sale yarns. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
