Attica is committed to safeguarding your personal data and maintaining your privacy.
We obtain and maintain your information in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation effective from 25 May 2018.
We use the latest Secure Server Technology when dealing with your personal and purchasing information. This means that the information you provide when completing and paying for an order, or when you contact us via the website contact form, is securely encrypted when it is sent over the internet.
We never provide other companies with your information for marketing.
Attica takes information security very seriously and we take appropriate measures to protect personal data from loss or unauthorised access or disclosure. In the event of any data breach involving personal information being detected, we promise to inform data subjects as soon as practicable and within 72 hours at the latest.

Your privacy in using our site is very important to us and we never use 'cookies' to store personal information about you such as your address or debit/credit card details.
Collection of Information
When you use the Attica website and online store, we will collect certain information from or about you. In order to provide you with an account and to enable you to make purchases, we need to have information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details. We hold your personal data and order history in our customer database but we do not retain your payment card details which are known only to yourself and your bank or other payment provider.
Removal of Information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct, amend or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you wish to do this you should email your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at: Attica, High Greens Farm, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 5SH including your name, address and any correspondence reference that you may have. After confirming your identity we shall then proceed to amend or delete your personal information from the database as soon as reasonably practicable, or within 1 month at the latest, and inform you that this has been done. However, certain information about any order you may have placed with us is subject to a legal retention period for tax purposes and may not be deleted.
Informing You Of News
Attica may use information collected from you to send you information about new products and promotional offers by email. We will only do this if you ‘opt in’ to being contacted when you register as a customer on our website. If you have registered to receive Attica email newsletters, you can remove your email address from the list at any time by using the links in the emails that are sent to you.
